Andrew Sargus Klein is a poet, essayist and editor living in Baltimore, Maryland. His work tends to be short poetry on the page and expansive/semi-structured improvised poetry with collaborator/guitarist Gary Prince and collaborator/dancer/choreographer/partner Lynne Price. His essays cover culture in its many forms. Andrew grew up in Washington, DC, and attended the University of Michigan where he received a degree in creative writing (with honors) from the Residential College and a degree in history of art from the College of Literature, Science, and the Arts. He is pursing an MFA in Creative Writing and Publishing Arts at the University of Baltimore.
